Allergy Friendly Asian Fusion
Chinese, Thai or Japanese restaurants are typically on our list of places to avoid due to their inability to cater for allergies (especially fish and nuts), or due to the high risk of cross contamination.
I actually fell upon this place by chance when on a shopping trip with my daughter. She loves Asian cuisine and it wasn’t until we ordered some food for her that I noticed their apparent understanding of allergies and availability of allergy friendly options. The menu has a few gluten free options (rice noodles or rice), sauce (soy, Thai green curry or sweet and sour – also vegan) and a choice of different fillings (chicken, duck, beef, vegetables etc).
I ordered rice noodles, with soy sauce and chicken to take home for my son and it was a hit! He loves this type of food and is usually only something he can eat when home cooked, so this is a really nice find. We have had a few takeaways from here now, with no reactions and the food is really nice and healthy!
**Please note that they do stipulate that there is a risk of cross contamination, which I find is usually the case wherever you eat out.**
